Could be a multitude of things, do you know how to monitor hardware? Check if you CPU is running hot for simple tasks. If it is new (or was a month ago) I would definately take it in and switch it out. They will probably try to convince you that its fine but if you know your having issues and you know you have good internet, just insist, they have to do it.
