Virtualization in Toshiba 350d laptop

]I have a laptop by toshiba, a Satellite 350D - 007, otherwise labelled as PSC0YC-007003.
I have used CPU-Z to verify this as shown by the attached image:

I need to enable virtualization by the cpu which I enter by pressing F2 on startup.

I am hoping to solve this as I would love to use Mac OS for it's CoreMidi capabilities and thus setup a home studio with a more powerful machine than my IPad Air.

You would be much better off making your laptop a dual boot system with windows and Mac os as separate operating systems rather than using the limited resources your laptop has trying to run Mac os in a virtual machine. You need to remember that when running a vm Windows will still be using several gigs of ram and at least one of your two cores which doesn't leave a great deal for the vm and the Mac os.

Thanks very much for your quick and insightful answer! My problem still exists as I am pretty sure my hardware isn't supported by Apple and my system does already boot 8 different systems including various flavours of linux that run in ram, and one that supports studio music production. That said, I much prefer the Apple approach to Core Midi as the linux solutions pale in comparison for the piano and pipe organ player that I am.

To further address your good advice, I am able to run VMWare in a light and fast system that runs in ram (using about 76 mB), not windows that is pretty slow already by comparison.

I look forward to any further advice or ideas you or others may have
