Solved! cant find the control panal anywhere at all on this version. what do i do

i have a Nextbook Ares 11A and i got in February of 2018 and it was working great then all of a sudden it just stopped connecting to the wifi and constantly says it is searching. i read your instructions above but on this version i can not find the control panal at all. please help me fix it. thank you and God Bless

Please post your Nextbook's operating system.

Who manages your home network and router? You will likely need assistance from that person.
