Solved! Video editing laptop for beginners under 700

hi,
I am a possessor of mavic pro, I'm an hobbiest so I'm not looking for any professional product.
Unfortunately my only option is a laptop as I don't have space for a desktop.
I'm looking for a decent laptop which I can use for Video editing, something that can run some decent video editing programs and not just the basic ones.
My bugpdget is 700 maximum

Do you think the Ryzen 7 System can run a program like pinnacle studio 20 or similar?
I've checked the laptop and the price wouldb be fine.

Yes, that CPU was made to run multi-threading programs well, so as long as the editing program supports multiple cores, it will be good.
