Solved! Laptop does not run games

Hi! I just got a laptop Dell 15 5000 series with the following specs

Cpu AMD A9 9400
RAM DDR4 8GB 698.6 frequency single channel
Radeon R5 512mb

The problem is, I dont know if this laptop is capable of running a couple of games or no, I have tried so far with skyrim and it wont run it not even at lowest, the frames goes under 10fps. I dont know if its normal, or if there is something that can be done to this laptop so it can be faster?

your GPU doesn't meet minimum requirements for Skyrim -

An R5 is WAAAY too low for this game.
You need an R7 240 or better with at LEAST 2Gb VRam and you only have 512Mb of VRam.
