Sony Blu-Ray to Marantz receiver to TCL tv.
DVD's work fine, video goes black after initial Blu-ray logo spins for a moment with one Blu-ray disk, and just goes straight to black with another.

Equipment:
Marantz NR1403 Slim Line 5.1 channel home theater AV receiver
TCL LE55FHDF3300ZTA 55-Inch 1080p 240Hz LED HDTV
Sony BDPS6700 4K Upscaling 3D Streaming Blu-Ray Disc Player

Sony blu-ray is HDMI connected to the blu-ray HDMI port on the back of the Marantz receiver. Marantz video out is connected to the TCL HDTV.
everything works except:

when I try and play any blu-ray disk.

troubleshooting: I connected the Blu-Ray player directly to the HDTV and the signal worked.

How do I get the signal to go *through* the receiver. (note: the DVD function on the Blu-Ray player works beautifully sound and all, its just any one of the blu-ray discs I have don't work.)

That's very nice of them.

I assumed ppl who buy 4k knows everything else "in the chain" should also be able to handle 4k. Hey, chaeap 4k TV! then surprised! must change the tires, must change the gas. :)

Armed with this data I went to the internet and found that is exactly the issue:
"Jul 31, 2013 - The Marantz NR 1403 also offers 3D pass through, however it does not offer 4K pass through.
....being that 4K has yet to go mainstream...."
