If you are trying to wire something together you need to check on the exact model camera you have, probably from the maker to see what the cables are. There is no way to know what the wires are just by the color in some random device.

Brown, Blue, Green are the current Mains 220V 50Hz Live, Neutral, Earth for most of the world standard (Europe/Asia etc)
But these cables can be used for anything and without make and model, it means nothing.
