Hi
I have dell 5010 laptop . one hdd test software showed my laptop hdd health is about 20 percent . I thought it may be fixed by low level format . but after LLF and installing new windows some times:
1-boots with no problem
2-after booting up (just after windows logo) i see blue screen and restarts
3-some time i see Error :Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device
Can you please say that what is the problem?

Solution
Your HDD is failing. You have over 300 bad sectors that were reallocated... that number will only increase over time, so your HDD will fail eventually(that could happen right now or in 2 months) .
Try to backup all your important data.

You won't be able to repair the drive... the only option would be to buy a new one.

Seems like the HDD is failing... when you manage to boot it into windows, try running CrystalDiskInfo and post a screenshot here.
You should beckup all your data on a secondary drive.

No... it's a hardware failure... you'll need to replace it.
Sometimes your hard drive doesn't get recognised(Reboot and select proper boot device error), that's always a sign that it can fail at any moment.
Your BIOS has nothing to do with it.

Try this method:

1. Boot again to the installation drive.
2. Before clicking on Install Windows(first screen) press SHIFT+F10... a CMD window should appear.
3. Type "diskpart"
4. Once inside diskpart type:
-> list disk (find the one you want ti install wundows on)
-> select disk 0 (the number of the disk you want to install windows on)
-> convert mbr
-> quit
5. Continue with the installation of Windows

That should solve the problem.
