All the systems have pretty much the same keysize and distance between keys. The largest ones would be in 15.6 and 17 inch models.
The best keyboard is probably in the older Lenovo models before they started using the chicklet keys, T420 and older. If you don't care much about having a new computer, find a used T420s in good shape, replace the drive with a solid state and you have a great system for most uses outside of gaming.
