Get the amps to power them, run output from the stereo to the crossover for the subs. You may want to just get a car audio installer to do this since going by the way you worded your question it seems you don't have a lot of experience with this.

I agree with hang-the-9 but if you have to try it yourself you need to know
1. The minimum impedance that the amp will handle.
2. The impedance of each voice coil or coils of each speaker.
You would connect them in series or parallel according to these formulae. http/physics.bu.edu/py106/notes/Circuits.html
You don't need to use both voice coils of the dvc woofer.
