I just use laptop the first time. Could you tell me how to find the discrete GPU for high-performance graphics? and how to check for integrated Intel HD GPU?
Thanks in advance.

Tip: Please do not pick a reply as the solution until your problem is solved (I've deselected it now).

Look in the "Display Adaptors" section of Device Manager -- if your laptop has two GPUs it will show them both there. If it only shows an Intel HD GPU then your laptop does not have a discrete high-performance one.

It shows only Intel HD Graphic Family. Before I reset my laptop it worked correctly and it ran smoothly and also the third time that I reset. Does it have something wrong because i had been using cheating program for ROS or does it have virus? But I think after reset it should become as it was before and no virus.:(
Add: Before I played game smoothly and with high graphic.
Now with low graphic and sometime freeze.

Yes, it happens in videos, games, and many other applications. But text on web pages some part doesn't but for some parts it blur when I scroll up or down then after I stop it becomes normal. In the videos or games or applications, blur looks like smoke that blew up or look like those in water

No, I'm sorry. I check again and see that blur occur on applications, games, videos and texts in the application or games(like you said every where). I see that my graphic shows difference between in Intel control panel(Intel HD Graphics 4400) and in Device manager(Intel HD Graphics Family) and also i have 4gb rams but the processor run only 2.00 GHz. My laptop runs very slow.
