When I go to "sound", there is no "enhancements". So, I cannot disable "all sounds and effects" to stop the tinny sound.

Solution
What operating system do you have? Windows 10?

There should be a small speaker icon in the lower right screen corner.

You should be able to click it and find your way into the audio settings screens: "Playback" for example.

There can be any number of windows, tabs, and properties available t change.

However, depending on the quality of your speakers you may not be able to do much adjusting.

Take your time, explore the settings first. Then change only one setting at a time. Keep notes in case you need to go back and undo some change you made.

Another way:

You can also get to sound settings via "CTRL" + "I" > Devices.
