touchpad not working

Hello, I'm having an issue with my Asus GL502V - sometimes touchpad just stops working. I always have to restart the PC to solve the issue, but after time it happens again. Drivers are latest. Thanks for your help

Uninstall your touchpad drivers and try reinstalling them using the ones found odd Asus's support site. Mind sharing the SKU to your laptop? On another note, are you on the latest BIOS update for your laptop's motherboard?

Thanks for your advices. I checked my BIOS and it seems to be the newest version. I also tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them with the ones on Asus website but no success, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right

About SKU, I don't mind sharing it, but where can I find it?
