Time of the TV is always got back when we restart it. And wifi will not be connected

Have a look in teh service manual to see if there's an internal battery that needs to be replaced.

A PC would have one known as a CMOS battery - small, flat and shiny but important to keep the clock going.

My cheap Sony loses its time when AC is removed, but all other settings are kept, go figure.
