Your post is a bit confusing, do you mean someone soldered in a new USB port on the laptop to fix it? And what does the rj45 cable have to do with the USB port? RJ45 is used for a network jack.

Yes, you’re right. i was confused. The usb hub i should say. Technician has checking it but still no solution. The main thing is when i’m using wireless connection is very fast but when i connect into wired lan become so slow, and I dont think the problem is that I’m using 5meters of rj45 cable, and for more info I am using windows 10. help me sort it out this. Thanks

so, it's a long ethernet run causing you problems you think? i still don't see what a usb hub has to do with rj45

What does the USB hub have to do with the network connection? Or are you using a USB network adapter? A USB hub is just a device used to add more USB ports to a computer. Need exact details of what the issue is, is it a network issue or a USB issue? What are you connecting to with ethernet? Is the slowness on any network? Did you try another cable, another switch/router/modem? What is the connection speed showing up as in properties? What did this technician that check on it try already?
