Hi guys, i just purchased an Asus laptop but once I unboxed it the battery was completely dead. I was under the impression that a laptop has a certain amount of Battery? Or is is completely normal?

Sometimes they have a charge, sometimes they don't. Really just depends on the manufacturer, the store, etc. Did you try charging it? If it charges fine, I don't see a problem.
