Yesterday it was all good. Laptop was running, everything seemed fine. Today, when I pressed the launch button, it went to a message, saying:
"Windows Error Recovery
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
If Windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, Startup Repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during startup, choose Start Windows Normally.
1) Launch Startup Repair (recommended)
2) Start Windows Normally"

I didn't download anything suspiciuos, I didn't turn off laptop incorrectly. When I press Launch Startup Repair, it comes either with just turning off the laptop or message, saying:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1) Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2) Choose your language settings ,and then click next.
3) Click repair your computer.
If you do not have the disc, please contact to your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance. When I press ESC, it pleases the system password which I do not know.

If I press start windows normally, blue screen pops and just shut downs the computer. What should I do?

Solution
Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load. If it will, great. Then you can uninstall any recent installations. The same goes for any recent updates. If, however, it won't start in there either, then your drive may well be failing.

How to enter "Safe Mode" when booting the computer.

In Windows 8 and 10...

As your computer restarts, press F8 (possibly a few times) to enter "Safe Mode"

a. Press the "F4" key to Enable "Safe Mode".
(The computer will then start in "Safe Mode" with a minimal set of drivers and services.)

b. Press the "F5" key to Enable "Safe Mode" with Networking.

c. Press the "F6" key to Enable "Safe Mode" with Command Prompt.
(In "Safe Mode" with "Command Prompt" starts Windows in Safe Mode, with a Command Prompt window instead of the Windows interface. This option is mostly only used by IT professionals.)

Now sign in to the computer with your account name and password. (If you have one set.) When you are finished troubleshooting, you can exit "Safe Mode" restarting your computer.

In Windows 7/Vista/XP...

1. Immediately after turning on the computer, or restarting it (usually after you hear your computer beep), tap the F8 key, repeatedly, in 1 second intervals.

2. The computer will then display hardware information and run a memory test.

3. Next the "Advanced Boot Options" menu will appear.

4. In the "Advanced Boot Options" menu use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking" and press ENTER.

Tryed the safe mode, it leads me to blue screen. Also tryed running CMD - lead to blue screen. Tryed all other options in advanced bios menu, all lead to blue screen. I suppose my windows 7 messed up really badly. Will just probably restart my windows os. Thanks for the answer!
