The 3 front and two rear satellite speakers can be used with any AV receiver.
Most HTS systems have a passive woofer that is driven from the main unit. AV receivers assume that the subwoofer has its' own built in amp and never have one built in. Your option would be to add an amp to drive the subwoofer or replace it with a powered subwoofer.
HTS speakers aren't very good so depending on your budget it may make more sense to just get another HTS rather than an AVR.
