Hi,
Is AMD RADEON M335 4GB DDR3 sufficient for building design softwares that use high graphics?

if your have a laptop your best bet is uses one of the free memory advisor from crucial. to max out your system ram. most laptops that have built in gpu will use the system ram for video ram. when it does that the total free ram is cut down by a lot.
what i would do is keep an eye out in a few weeks for black friday and cyber monday deal on a desktop and then toss in a 1050ti or 1060 gpu or an amd gpu. then when you get the funds put in an ssd and more ram.

In terms of 'high graphics' as you describe it, 4GB of DDR3 and an AMD Radeon R5 M335 are probably not going to get you where you need to be. Unfortunately, if that's all your motherboard supports then you might be stuck until you're able to upgrade.
