i chnage the keyboard of my asus laptop and the speaker is not working again ,what can cause it

The obvious reason is you may have accidentally disconnected it while changing keyboard. Happened to me a few times. When you go to the audio tab on the toolbar, - are the speakers visible? Right click on it and open "playback devices". What do you see? Now go to Device Manager and try to find your audio device. Is it there? Are there any warning signs (yellow exclamation marks) next to it? (Just in case it's a driver issue and not a sloppy hand one) LOL
