Very slow video performance. Using Windows 10. Any tweaks available to improve performance?

Super slow response to app requests. Using any browser is an ordeal in "hurry up and wait". I removed the factory instlalled McAfee products....which didn't help.

4GB - sorry I thought I put that spec into the initial entry.

Since you have an apu a chunck of that ram is already being used for the gpu and that leaves just a little for the os. Then when you start doing more than open a couple tabs in a browser you are hitting your pagefile and everything will slow down to a crawl.

Roger that. We thought the age old maxim of 'add more memory' might be the answer. The owner of this computer thought it should run well out of the box. It can be expanded to 16 GB. Thanks again.

4gb of ram is low. Then add onto that the apu stealing some of that to it, running a 64bit version of windows and you have a recipe for slow computing
