Hi My hp laptop’s keyboard is not working only few keys like caps, space bar, shift and windows are working.

Hello,

Sounds like a hardware issue. Did you spill water over your keyboard or damage your laptop? If you spilled water, I'm pretty sure your keyboard is broken.
If you do not have the money for a replacement or do not want a replacement, you can buy an external keyboard for your HP. Else, if you have experience, replace the keyboard yourself or let an expert do it for you. But if you did not spill water or damage it, it might be that your keyboard wire came loose. You can easily plug it back in yourself or let an expert do it for you. Though, it still does not sound like it is a hardware issue as the few keys work on your laptop, except if you spilled water over it. What was the last thing you did before your keyboard stopped...
