The SIM card only deals with the telephone side of the device.
If you mean the SdCard, you can remove that, put it in a carrier and connect it to a PC or laptop. The carrier is very cheap and is the size and appearance of a full size SdCard and it allows your Micro SdCard to fit in the computer's slot.
