Solution
this is late but, it's a hardware problem. i took out my "O" button and it is clean. there's nothing there. funny enough, when i press ctrl, my laptop thinks i pressed FN and End (took me a day to figure out how come it skips a spotify song) anyways i got another keyboard and it is working fine so... hardware problem it is.
FYI i took out the O and i cant put it back because the plastic straight up doesnt fit and it costs me $50 for the pc shop to put it back. and im not gonna do that
