My dell inspirion 15 5000 series died while installing updates and is now stuck in a loop going from the logo to black loading

I factory reset my laptop and it needed to update but while it was updating my laptop died and when I powered it back on it was stuck in a loop going from the logo to black loading screen to the update screen then off ive tried doing the shift f2, the alt f10, f12, and f8 and still didn’t work

It's not dead, just throwing a wobbler loaidng Windows, which sounds corrupt, so if this was me and the laptop came with a HDD, buy a SSD, install a version of Windows from a UBS pendrive made using the Windows Creation Tool, install drivers and have a bloat free machine, it will activate once online.
