Hello,

The issue is as the title says I have white noise coming from the speakers tweeters (both of them, same volume of white noise), putting volume higher or lower or at 0 on the speakers doesn't change the volume of the white noise whatsoever, lowering the treble makes hissing (white noise) a little bit quieter and putting treble higher makes it louder. This noise is present even when there are no cables except the power cable plugged in (when speakers are off there is no noise).

To try and figure this out I plugged them in different parts of the apartment that includes living room and a bathroom without getting any positive results, the hissing is at the same volume anywhere I plugged it. Without music playing the hissing can be heard from a few meters away (around 3), it is a low level of hiss and you can't hear it if any normal volumed music is playing, or at loud volumes. At low volumes you can hear it. I also tried out a different power cable and I got the same results.

If this is a recent problem then the noise is due to a problem in the amp. Can't be anything else since it happens with no input connection. Hope it's still under warranty.
If they are new then turn the volume control down on the amplified speaker until the noise isn't intrusive. Use the volume control of the source not the speaker.

Thanks for trying to help but as I said it doesn't matter if the speakers are muted or not the white noise remains at the same volume. I have them for a few weeks now and it has been an issue before but now the white noise has gotten louder.

The problem is, I'm gonna have to throw 50 bucks at the delivery company to get the speakers fixed. >_>
