Only if you can upgrade the Flip3 to work with the JBL Connect Plus app. Try doing that from the JBL Connect app and then try to use the Connect Plus app.
And you aren't actually pairing them to each other. The app lets you pair an unlimited number of JBL speakers to the same source and assign left and right channels.
