Quick question, I just bought a new Vizio 4k tv(E-series 55 in) and was looking to hook up my old genius gaming speaker system(Sw-G2.1 2000). It used to connect to my old Vizio(non smart TV) but I cannot get the whole system to connect to the new tv. Any way I am able to connect this?

If not, any suggestions on cheaper sound bars/systems that would pair well with the 55 in Vizio E-series?

Solution
Specs for your TV seem to indicate you have an analog audio output that you can connect to the speakers you have. This output might be fixed or you may be able to set it to variable in the TV menu so you can use the TV remote to adjust volume. Check the owners manual.
If you use the optical audio output you would need to use an optical to analog converter and you would have to adjust the volume on the speakers since this output is always fixed.
