How to stream audio from HDMI1 and HDMI2

I have my soundbar connected with the audio input connectors my question is how do I have the sound from my soundbar come through my HDMI 2 port which has my Amazon Fire stick connected it only comes through my HDMI 1 Port which has my cable connected

You can't, unless your TV can do that for you. Soundbars a limited-capability devices.

If your soundbar is connected to the TV audio output then you should get sound from both HDMI inputs.
Check the TV manual on how to turn on and use the audio output. You may need to turn the TV speakers off and change the audio output type in the TV menu.
