Saw this Laptop for around $1k, im going to be going into college but want to be using it for light gaming, video editing, and Photoshop. Will this laptop last a couple of years easily or are there better options, i know the xps lineup is known for the aluminum chassis and thin Bessels which i enjoy.

-Video editing, and Photoshop- It's fully capable but 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD gets full fast.
-4K touch screen is very appealing but does that justify what you lose " Faster CPU, Faster GPU, 4X the Storage, More RAM"

I looked into the Hp Omen before but i don't really enjoy the appearance of the laptop screams a little bit too much "gamer" do u have any other recommendations that are a bit slimmer and look slick. I was also wondering in the XPS 15 if the i5-7300hq will last me throughout the years of using the laptop and not being a drag performance wise.
