Is there an app that can connect a blue tooth record player to my blue tooth speakers

No app needed. Just pair the turntable with the speakers. The turntable is the same as your phone in this case. Check the instructions.
You will need a stereo pair not two bluetooth speakers unless they are JBLs that work with their Connect+ app (so you can assign left and right channels).
If you want to use a turntable for it's analog excellence then converting it to digital for bluetooth and sending it to the speakers where is converted back to analog kind of makes no sense. Wire the turntable to the speakers.
