It might launch but it likely wont run well enough at any settings to be playable. The iGPU in your CPU is well below the min requirements for GTA V.

On my old laptop with I5-24xx (dont remember) and 8 GB RAM and GT 540 GPU, it wouldn't run that game with any reasonable FPS, even on lowest settings.

The Intel HD 3000 graphics core is woefully weak. It cannot even play an old game like Fallout 3 at 1366x768 resolution without a lot of tweaks to the graphic settings in the FalloutPref.ini file. A modified d3d9.dll file is also necessary for the game to recognize the Intel integrated graphics.
