You contact FB. It's unlikely they would not be able to help you if you can provide proof of who you are. There is nothing, and nobody else, that could help you to recovery your account. Nobody here can do that. Only FB support can help you. If they won't help, and you cannot provide credentials to verify you are who you say you are, then you are out of luck.
