Hi , My HP laptop (1 year old) stopped charging last week and shows "Plugged in, not charging" at 0% charge.
I tried all the solutions available on the internet like updating BIOS , uninstalling Battery Drivers etc, but nothing is working . The battery test is shown in the image https

After doing H/W diagnostic , battery error came up with " Battery fuse may be blown " . What to do in this case ... do i need to replace the battery ? need help ,thanks
