PC to Samsung TV FPS problem

Hello, I have a Nu7400 55 inch Samsung TV, I recently wanted to watch a movie that was downloaded on my laptop, so I connected the laptop to the TV and played the movie and the FPS was terrible on it. Does anyone know how to fix? And does anyone know the best possible way to watch movies on samsung TVs? What do you guys recommend ? I want to watch alot of movies and IDK whats the best way possible glad if u can help thanks

It only takes money.

FPS is the GPU's job. Laptops because heat must be controlled, because very tight space can't have hot-running blindly fast GPUs.

What you need is a 17" gaming laptop with a dedicated GPU that weights ~7 LB.
