What are the best PC games which I can run in my laptop without lag?

Intel core i5 8250U, 8gb ram, 2gb Amd radeon 530 graphics card, 1.6ghz processor to 3.4ghz turbo boost, windows 10 pro, Direct X 12th version.

You will have to explain what you mean by "lag" or more precisely what your actual expectations are when it comes to game performance. Lag merely means a drop in FPS, so a game that runs at 30 FPS, but then drops to 20 FPS is considered lag.

The Radeon 530 is actually not much more powerful than the Intel UHD 620 that the i5-8250u has. Hopefully, you did not "overpay" for your laptop because of the AMD Radeon 530. Based on Amazon.com prices, the least expensive laptop with only an i5-8250u is $510 (an Asus) and the least expensive laptop with an i5-8250u and the nvidia mx150 is $600 (an Acer). The nVidia mx150 is most definitely a lot more powerful than the Radeon 530, but it is only considered to be a "mainstream" GPU... it's...
