Should i get a new battery?

I'm having some power issue, the battery icon "flickering" charging/not charging so i checked the battery health and found out that the FULL CHARGE CAPACITY is lower than DESIGN CAPACITY, could this be the problem?

- DESIGN CAPACITY: 60,200 mWh
- FULL CHARGE CAPACITY: 51,002 mWh

That is not really that much of a difference in charge capacity, at least not something that would point to a bad battery on it's own. More likely the power jack or power charger is loose or failing, or the battery connection is bad.

Also chargers usually stop charging before the battery reaches close to 100% to improve battery life.

Are u using a new third party charger? Look at the charging port closely, Gently try to wiggle the plug back and forth, you should notice hardly any play. The whole jack assembly wiggling is a bad sign, suggests a recent hard cable pull, bump, fall.
