It didn’t work

I have the same problem with my acer I tried to plug in my earbuds but I put it in the wrong jack and it died immediately it was still charging just not coming on so I tried removing the battery and putting it back when I was done with everything my laptop stopped charging and now it’s completely dead and not charging please I need help

1| Model for your Acer laptop? An SKU would be helpful.
2| What is the make and model of your earphones?
3| What did you do in order to cause the laptop to shut down?
4| Your post is a little illegible, did you disassemble the laptop?

It'd help us if we knew what else you've tried apart from removing the battery. To note, the SKU will reveal if the battery is externally removable or internally mounted.

My acer model is ES1 512 series
The earbuds model I don’t really know just says Vivo

I plugged in the earbuds in the USB port and it went off immediately it charged for a while and anytime I tried to turn the power on the orange lick blinked for a second or I could have been blinking I’m not sure so I opened up the laptop and removed the battery and put it back but now it’s not charging anymore I’m so confused I’ve opened so many times to check if I put the battery in right please I need your help
