I just bought a new laptop GL703VM and I occasionally face with these problems a few time now. I have reset it and it worked a few times but now it stuck at the rog logo screen again.
My Asus Gl703VM is not stuck at the ROG screen and the hard drive icon doesn't light up.

If this is a brand new device and it isn't working correctly, take it back and have them give you one that is.
