Help!!!
Frustrated trying to find bluetooth drivers.
I have tried numerous Mfr sites, info/tech pages and driver updaters only to find myself going down the proverbial rabbit hole. Now its time to ask other Windows 7/Dell users for help in fixing this annoying issue.
1. Bluetooth Remote control version 4.0.0.688 Dated 6/22/2016 by QAC [Found several close in name but rejected/failed by my computer during downloading or installation].
2. Bluetooth Peripheral Device Version 4.0.0.688 Dated 6/22/2016 by QAC [same as above].
3. Bluetooth L2CAP Interface Version 4.0.0.688 Dated 6/22/2016 by unkn Mfr [same as above].
4. The above problems may be the cause of my YouTube videos/music sound being so terrible -- breaking up, scratches, stops/starts, etc,. Any help with above will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

Solution
To open a Device Manager, easy way:
Open the "Run" dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key ("Run").
Type devmgmt.msc
It suppose to look like this

Do you see any exclamation marks, something like this

reedo_43,
I've been to that site and downloaded and installed all "...wifi..." drivers successfully, unless I missed something which at my age it's a real possibility! What should be my next move, please!

If you see anything missing in Device Manager and unable to manually fix the driver please continue reading. Please create an account with imgur.com or similar picture posting site, so you can show us your issues (take screenshot and post it here).

Please post here a picture of your Device Manager exclamation mark (if you need further help taking screenshoot, let us know).

I really don't like go down this way, but if everything fails (manual driver update), then we need to fix situation by any means necessary. I used similar program to find weird keyboard driver, so it might work.

Start with Unknown Device Identifier http://www.zhangduo.com/udi.html

Post here a picture of the issue.

Continue. We might have to use Driver Fusion to automatically find missing drivers, I think I used this particular program before. Free version should be enough to find and fix your problem. Do not continue using this software, as it can screw up everything else.

Your turn now.
