Laptop keep flashing logo and blackscreen repeated on startup

When i turn on my laptop i see asus logo and than blackscreen and repeat.
Last time that i used was when i update the bios and it shut down fromself yesterday.

I found it it was my storage hdd. I have a ssd for windows and startup. After i removed my hdd, startup goes normal, i can still use the hdd trough a sata to usb cable and i can still use the programs in there.
So why i cant use hdd in the laptop?
