I have bought an Arctis 7 gaming headset a week ago and it worked perfectly fine until the transmitter stopped working yesterday. No light was flashing as if it wasn't plugged in even though it was. I've tried different USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) on my PC and I've rebooted it several times. It finally worked after just plugging it at the same port it used to be in. However, the same issue is happening today.. I am trying to do exactly what I did yesterday but nothing is happening. It seems like no one has encountered this issue before. I believe the transmitter hasn't been damaged since it stayed on my desk during all that time. I hope you can help me.
