Actually my laptop is working when I connect it to adapter and not working when I insert the battery in it.. And it also not working when I insert only battery.. Have any suggestion.

Sounds like time to buy a new battery. Look for your precise HP model reference in e-Bay or Amazon and expect to pay top money for a reliable replacement. Some Chinese clones have been known to cause fires.
