I just recently got the Huawei Matebook X Pro and after confirming with a microsoft representative have purchased a bamboo ink pen that is supposedly compatible (even though it is not on wacom's site). The pen connects and shows up under bluetooth devices and not human interface devices, driver is up to date, and microsoft support rep says that it is supposedly not a software issue.

The buttons on the pen work, but when I try to write on the touch screen, it does not work at all.
I have also tried changing the pen mode by holding the two buttons.

Is the pen just not compatible, or am I doing something wrong.

Thanks for any help

Solution
I ended up bringing it to the Microsoft store and apparently the laptop is not compatible with pens even though they had told me beforehand that it is. Apparently their information was wrong so they gave me a refund for the pen.
