Recently I've been looking for a 11" laptop, I like the white house stream, I want a white laptop with good specs 11".

What are some options below $300 USD?

I'm thinking the HP stream 11 is the best.

Why or why not is this so?

MY INTENDED QUESTION

What version is the best? I have the option of a 64g with a N4000

Or a 32g with a 3060 (or something like that) 1.6 GHz processor.

I think the video card in the 64g version is better, but it's processor is weaker. Can someone explain the differences between models?

What should I be looking for?

Yep.
I have an Asus Transformer with a 32GB eMMC drive.
It is a real pain with the semi-annual Updates. The April 2018 update made it a little bit easier...but still a pain.

The rest of the specs don't matter if that drive is too small.
I recommend you avoid any laptops with only 32GB of storage. While it may sound like an "okay" amount, it really is not.

The problem becomes very evident when Microsoft releases large updates. Some people with laptops that only have 32GB of storage had serious problems installing the Fall Creators Update back in 2017.

What about the Samsung 11.6" white laptop

Would it be a better choice? Or just get the HP stream?

I'm looking for a white laptop under 350$ without issues, preferably without fans too.
