Solution Saga Lout Jul 17, 2018 Open the laptop, turn it over your shoulder and tap the bottom of the case as though you were burping a baby. Toast crumbs ae the number one suspect but any dust could be blocking that small diamond pattern on the keyboard. If that fails, the keyboard would have to be removed to check the ribbon cable connection.
