Converter Box HDMI

Do they make a converter box that have what I need ? I need a converter box that has in and out RCA connector and also I need it to have a in and out HDMI connector to use for my Apple tv device....Is their such a thing ?

What are you trying to convert from and to? It sounds like you want two different types of conversion...

I have a Panasonic tv that I want to get over the air tv and also hook up the apple tv device I have so I get Netflix off it. The tv only has rca connectors , no coaxial or Hdmi connectors... I think the tv is just a monitor.... so I was thinking I need a converter with both rca and hdmi in and out connectors

This Panasonic monitor sounds like it isn't high def. It might not be worth the hassle of purchasing a standalone tuner (for over the air) and getting a converter for your apple TV to convert from HDMI. You will get a poor picture. Do you know if the Panasonic has speakers or is just video?

It has built in speakers.... at one time the tv did have cable hooked to it and the picture was fine.
