I'm using these spec in my laptop.
i already find that my laptop can replace cpu (not soldered)
anyway, what's the maximum performance cpu that can be attatched to this laptop?
i searched some cpu from
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-Intel_(chipsets)/HM65_Express.html
here, but i don't know which things should i check before buying and replace it. (Ex, tdp, package, core number..)
and also someone who replaced cpu who has the same laptop i have is the cpu i7-2640m, but i want the best performance cpu. (maybe 4 core 8 thread?)

Its not the chipset issue, rather from bios, does it support the higher CPU, also does your laptop heatsink support higher wattage CPU, and probably, can your power adapter provide enough wattage?

As the CPU world states it supports the CPU's, but can you provide your laptop model number?

V300-UE30K, my power adapter is 19V 6.32A (additionally, my pc is using laptop board but it's all-in-one pc so it dosen't have battery. just uses AC)

which information you actually need? this pc only sold in my country, so maybe there will not have this laptop

The issue is that the Chipset does indeed support 2nd and 3rd gen CPU's. but any information about bios supporting that, heatsink? I really dont know.
Going in and buying blind an CPU would be an waste of money, unless you can get it for cheap, like i5-2/3XYZ, or lower ones.
Can you download bios for it to update?

Its really tricky to upgrade if there is no basicly info about anyone to upgrade it.
Try to google it a bit, since it would be an easier task in your lang.

actually, i don't worry about thermal issues. cuz it's laptop board, but it has large fan and heatsink so i never suffered from overheating problem.

Anyway, i figured out that
someone replaced cpu like me in same model, he use i7-2640M
But, high-end model of my laptop (PC) also have model which using i7-2670QM (native)
and maybe 45w of TDP will not be an issues, in that case which would i have to choose to get the highest performance?
