Amd a10 with 8gb ram or intel i3 with 4 gb ram?

I need a new laptop with a 400-450 € budget and I would like to know, if, in your opinion, for a home-office use, is better to have an amd a10 9620p with 8gb ram or an intel i3 of 6th/7th generation with 4gb of ram.

For general use ?
Take the 9620p with 8gb ram.

The i3s are quicker but that amd chip is strong enough & 8gb ram will make a world of difference.

^ not so much , the 9420p is a dual core , the 9620p is a quad core.
Its a far better cpu for that reason.
