Assuming that the Bose speakers are passive then you will likely need an amplifier to drive them. How much power would depend on the model of speaker, the size of the room, how far from them you sit, and how loud you want them to play,
You could try connecting them directly to the headphone output of the TV but that would only play them at a low volume.
